We put together a video  compilation of the best old space footage – old films of space and space exploration. We did some digging to find the most interesting films of the early days of the space race. It includes footage and actual audio recordings from space, plus interviews and speeches from famous names.

All your favourite recordings:

“That’s one small step for man…”

“Houston, we;ve had a problem”

“The Eagle has landed.”

Here it is:

You’ll see footage from Apollo 11, Discovery, the moon, underwater training sessions, launches and landings.

There are snippets from Neil Armstrong, the astronaut who was first to step out onto the moon. There is footage of the earth from space, rockets and the moon landings, and the famous audio from the nerve-wracking days of the Apollo missions.

The International Space Station (ISS) also features, with incredible footage of New York City on September 11th 2001.

There are several shots of liftoff from the Kennedy Space Center.

A total geek out for space lovers. Enjoy and please share.
